Spend some time at leisure in the heart of Stellenbosch before a wine and chocolate tasting at the Waterford Estate. Travel over the Helshoogte Pass to the town of Franschhoek for a wine tasting, and possibly Shnapps as well, at Cape Chamonix in their "Blacksmith's Cottage". Final tasting is at a Paarl Estate.
