Saigon Cooking Class

Today, you’ll have a cooking class. The class will start with a visit to the local market with Chef, which will help you to understand more about Vietnamese ingredients and their substitution. You’ll go through a cooking lesson with full of fun pride, then finally enjoy the dishes you made by yourselves. Menu of your class depends on the date but you will have 5 traditional dishes any day. After the lesson, you sit down and eat exactly what you have cooked.

Inclusion

Transportation in private air-conditioned vehicle with driver; English speaking guide; Entrance fee to indicated sites; One lunch or dinner at cooking class.

Exclusion

Other meals and Drinks; Personal expenses; Any optional additional tours or activities during free time; Gratuity.

Hours of operation

Available daily departing at 8:30am and 2:00pm. No tour departures on: February 4-7; September 2.

Itinerary

**Program in the morning:

8:30am-9:30am: Market visit (if any).

9:30am-10:00am: Started by a welcome drink and introduction of "Corner of Vietnamese Traditional Kitchen" with the legend of "Kitchen God" narrated by English or French speaking MC.

10:00am-10:30am: Participate to "Food preparation" with Chef.

10:30am-11:10am: Enjoy cooking class with selective menu of "Traditional dishes".

11:10am-11:45am: Enjoy Lunch/dinner with participant's own creation.

11:45am-12:00am: Remittance of Certificate, Handbook with detailed recipes and small gift of "The Saigon Culinary Art Center" will crown the session.

Cancellation: 3 days prior 100% penalty. No show 100% penalty.
